Gap Rd Campground is a quiet and immaculate campground located two miles off the main road. It features 6 RV sites with gravel drives and sites, though some may need to add 5 of blocking under the front tires to be level. The sites are short and narrow with no shade, but they are spaced far enough apart to extend slides and awnings. The campground is self-contained, with a single restroom and shower in the office, as well as a washing machine and dryer area. Guests can enjoy a shared paddleboat and public seating area overlooking a lovely pond with a dock and a beautiful mountain view. The owners and manager are friendly and hospitable, and the campground is a great place to escape the stress of modern life. Dont expect resort style amenities, but if youre looking for peace, quiet, and a stunning view, Gap Rd Campground is the perfect spot.

From The Campground

Grand View RV Park and Cabins is located northwest of Chattanooga just off of Interstate 24 in Altamont, TN. The park offers four themed cabins and fourteen RV lots. Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) is available in each cabin and in the RV areas. Guests can bring their horses or four-wheelers for trail riding and fishing gear for great fishing in the well-stocked pond. The property offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Visa, Master Card, and Discover are accepted.
