Paris Landing State Park is a great destination for large groups, with its affordable hotel and miles of trails. The park has plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, including basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, pavilions for cookouts and BBQs, and a swimming area. There are also 70 campsites, most with water and electric hookups, as well as 18 primitive campsites. The campground is in a hardwood forest, so there is lots of shade, and it is right on Kentucky Lake, so there is plenty of opportunity for swimming, fishing and boating. There is also a pool and golf course nearby. The park is a bit noisy due to its proximity to the highway, but it is a great spot for families and groups looking for a nature-oriented campground.

Paris Landing State Park is an 841-acre park located on the western shore of the Tennessee River, which is dammed to form Kentucky Lake (160,000 acres). The park sits on the widest part of the lake making it the perfect location for all water sports such as fishing, boating, and waterskiing. The park also offers a beautiful and challenging par 72, 18-hole golf course. The park pro shop provides golfing supplies, lessons, rental clubs, and carts. Paris Landing State Park offers RV and tent campsites, as well as lakeside cabins for rent.
