What others are saying about this campground
Pickwick Landing State Park is an older park that has mature sites for RV camping. Though some sites needed to be improved to accommodate trailers, its staff is fantastic and the campground is overall wonderful. There are two different campgrounds with spacious sites and fire pits, lantern poles, and picnic benches. A bathhouse with separate showers (slightly outdated) can be found in both campgrounds and is kept very clean. Nearby, visitors can explore the parks marina and stop at its lodge for dinner. Guests can also enjoy a 2.8-mile loop hike on the water. The park has a variety of activities to offer, from fishing to boating.
