This campground is a great option for those looking to stay close to the main drag of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It is a new resort, opened in June 2021, with curbed, blacktopped roads and concrete pads on all sites. The sites are roomy and have a fire ring, picnic table, and full hookups. The amenities include a heated pool, lazy river, arcade, camp store, and Fins Bar and Chill. The lodge is still under construction, but when it is finished it will offer a variety of activities for adults and kids alike. There is a City shuttle that will take you to and from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the whole place is very clean. The campground is a bit pricey, but it is worth it for the great amenities, location, and customer service.

The RV sites offer large sites, mountain views, upscale bath and laundry facilities, WIFI, and cable TV. The Lodge offers a blend of the islands' carefree spirit and the welcoming ambiance of the mountains. Guests can enjoy a hot breakfast, relax in the hot tub, or have fun playing and meeting new friends in the kid's outdoor playground. The Barkaritaville dog park is also available for dogs to chill and play in a safe environment. Fins Bar is the perfect place to get into a Margaritaville state of mind.
