The park is primarily for long-term rentals and football weekends, and is the only RV park in the area for those purposes. The new ownership and management is very friendly and accommodating, however, and have spent a lot of money fixing up the park. The bathrooms and showers are clean and the flowers are blooming. The speed limits are monitored continuously to keep the dust in check. Marino Road RV Park is a basic campground that provides the necessities without any ambiance, but it is a convenient and affordable option for those passing through or visiting the nearby Bush Presidential Library and Texas A&M.
