Cable and Air TV OK, no WI-FI. This RV park is located conveniently close to the First Monday Trade Days grounds and offers guests access to a continental breakfast in the hotel. The site pads are asphalt and although they are level, they are old and not in great shape. The park lanes are narrow, making it difficult to navigate when arriving or departing. Although there is Wi-Fi available, it is only available on sites 1 through 7. The urinal would not flush, there was paper and dead cockroaches on the floor, and the hot water was barely lukewarm. Despite this, the reasonable rate makes it a good option for an overnight stay.
