Songbird RV Park is a small, friendly and woman-owned and operated RV park located just 5 miles away from Palestine, Texas. This park offers 50/30/20A electric service, city water, and on-site sewer at every site, as well as a coin-op laundromat, restroom, shower facility, two group fire pits, and a dog park. The park is well-maintained and quiet, with many tall pine trees providing plenty of shade during the summer. The owner is extremely pleasant, enthusiastic, and takes pride in keeping the park in great shape. Monthly get-togethers are held on the property for those who wish to attend and meet the neighbors, enjoy music and food. The owner also reaches out to tenants during extreme weather conditions to make sure they have everything they need. Songbird is a great option for RVers in the area, and is conveniently located right on Highway 19/287 between Elkhart and Palestine.

Songbird RV Park is a newly built RV park located in Elkhart, Texas, just five miles from the town of Palestine. The RV sites are large, level, and surrounded by mature trees that provide plenty of coverage from the hot Texas sunshine. The park offers a community atmosphere and southern hospitality, with communal fire pits, monthly activities, a walking trail, and proximity to restaurants, shopping, festivals, and more in Palestine. The owner, an interior designer, has added special touches throughout the park, including landscaping and a dog park. Every RV site is shaded and includes full hookups with 30/50 amp and 110 available, plus hi-speed internet.
