Purtis Creek State Park in Eustace, TX is a hidden gem that many people may not know about. The park offers level, well-spaced out RV sites and a beautiful lake. The park also has plentiful walking trails, fishing docks, and kayak rentals. The park is very well maintained and clean, with friendly staff that helps keep it that way. While some sites may be narrow and require careful selection, the park is generally quite spacious and peaceful with plenty of trees for privacy. Hiking trails are of varying levels of difficulty and theres something for everyone to explore. Mobile phone signal is limited with AT&T having slightly better coverage than Verizon or T-Mobile.
