Sandy Springs RV Park is a 60-acre RV park with 15-acre private lake and Tehuacana Creek. Phase I is open with 15 RV campgrounds sites with full hookups, including water, sewer, electricity (50 AMP, 30 AMP, and 110 every site) and available WIFI. 30 additional sites are currently available without utilities for self-contained and tent camping. Phase II will open this Fall of 2021 to add 30 more Pull-thru sites with Full Hookups and 10 Creekside Fishing sites on Tehuacana Creek. Phase III will begin this Fall 2021 to convert the 15-acre Sand Pit and Springs to a 15 Acre Aquifer Lake. Phase IV will add Waterfront Pull-thru and Cabin Sites around the Lake and White Sand Beach Areas. Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual contracts are available for all sites. Rates range from $19.99/day for tent and self-contained sites to $34.99/day for full hookups. Monthly rates range from $349.99 to $449.99 per month - including electric, water, and sewer. Lot storage is also available for boats and RVs. Advance payment is required for all reservations and contracts.
