What others are saying about this campground
This campground is situated in a beautiful location with a lake and boardwalk, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The sites are full hookup and grass pads, and the park is making improvements such as new restaurant and office, additional cabins, and new pull-thrus. However, due to the drought, the lake is now dangerous looking with the tops of trees showing, and the roads in the park are muddy and full of pot holes. There is also a lot of highway road noise and traffic from boaters at all hours of the night. Additionally, there is a strong sewer smell from the septic system and small sites that werent mowed. Despite these drawbacks, the campground is still a great place for a weekend getaway.
