What others are saying about this campground

This campground is a great option for an overnight stay near Corpus Christi. It is easy to navigate, with wide, level gravel sites and plenty of room to spread out. The park offers a large field for dogs to get some exercise, as well as plenty of shade trees. The price is a bit high for what you get, but the camp hosts are very friendly and accommodating. There is an RV store with many items and a repair place, as well as cable and a strong ATT cell signal. The washrooms and showers are in a trailer and are basic, and the water from a well smells terrible, although they provide plenty of bottled water for drinking and cooking. There is a lot of noise from the nearby I37 highway, and the laundry should be avoided as the clothes can be ruined. The park has a sizable population of local rig workers and the managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a monthly calendar full of activities and the lake and state park are nearby. The internet is hit or miss, and the water is not drinkable due to a high salt content.

Totem Pole RV Park is a mainstay in the South Texas Coastal Bend since 2003. It is nicely tucked away on 92 acres of sprawling Texas farmland, conveniently located behind Howdy RV Dealership & Services on Interstate 37. With plenty of room to stretch your legs, come enjoy walking nature trails, Texas sunsets, views of cattle ranches and corn fields. Bird watching is a big deal in South Texas and we have some of the best. We are constantly adding new features & amenities to make your stay with us more enjoyable than ever. Our park boasts a swimming pool, bath house, large recreational hall, fully fenced and gated community with security entry, and free WIFI. With a new well water system, our guests enjoy exemplary water. Our new free WIFI is throttle controlled so multiple devices within each RV can stream. Take advantage of our recreation hall for your social events. We are pet friendly with a new area for Fido to stretch his legs! 102 sites with both 30 and 50 amp availability. Pull-thru's and back in slips. We are five minutes to Lake Corpus Christi and 30 minutes to Corpus Christi. North Padre and Port Aransas beaches also within a 30 - 60 minute drive!
