What others are saying about this campground
This campground is a great place for RVers looking for a short-term stay. It has full hook-ups, concrete pads, and level sites. The staff is friendly and professional, and the park is very clean and well-lit. There is a wastewater treatment plant across the street which can be heard 24x7, but it is not smelly. The utility hookups are located at the front of the site, which is unusual for 5th wheel and tow behind units. There is a levy behind the property, and some RVs showed signs of trouble from Hurricane Harvey. The park is mostly long-term, but the sites are kept clean and neat. The bathrooms, showers, and laundry room are all nice, and the wifi is good. Passport America members can get a discount for 2 nights. Unfortunately, there is no shade and the highway noise can be distracting. The office staff can be a bit fussy, and there are no planned activities or amenities.
