It is ideal for workers, digital nomads, and long-term residents, offering good WiFi and a low cost of living. The park is clean, quiet, and friendly, with smoothly-paved, oversized RV sites that offer all the room you need for slide-outs and to park two cars. It is conveniently located near some of the area’s largest industrial employers, including ExxonMobil, Steel Dynamics, Kiewit Turner, Cheniere, and others. Full-time residents with children can choose between two great school districts.
