Rocking A RV Park in Vernon, TX is a nice overnight stop that is perfect for travelers in need of a quick rest. The family-owned and operated park offers easy check-in and escort to site. The park has pleasant young staff that are very helpful. While it has no real amenities, it is conveniently located right next to a Walmart, with a path to the rear of the store, making it incredibly easy to stock up on supplies. The sites are level and mostly grass and there is ample space between sites. The bathhouses are clean and spacious. There are some long-term guests, but they are not an issue. Highly recommended for one-night stays en route to someplace else.
