What others are saying about this campground
Coronado Trail RV Park is a hidden gem located in the white mountains of eastern Arizona, just south of Alpine. It is nestled in a forest of tall ponderosa pines, providing plenty of shade and a peaceful atmosphere. The park has easy roads to navigate, all hard packed gravel, and the sites are level and well maintained. All hookups are modern and in good condition, and the water has a refreshing mountain taste. The park is popular, so it fills up quickly in the spring and summer, so its best to reserve a spot in advance. Its also conveniently located right off of 191 and is a great spot for wildlife viewing. The owners, Sherrie and Paul, are friendly and accommodating, and they have lovingly carved out the park from their forest haven. The park also has a large dog area and is an easy walk into Alpine. Wi-fi is included, but youll need to bring your own dish for TV. Cell service with Verizon varies throughout the day. The only issue is that the sites are surrounded by tall pines, making it difficult to connect to Starlink. The park is also about 20-25 minutes from the town of Springerville for groceries. Its a great spot to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.
