This RV resort is a small, well-maintained park with 120 sites laid out in a unique ships steering wheel pattern. The center hub is devoted to the common area with a pool, hot tub, community center, post office, game room, exercise room, putting green, library, and office. The sites are adequately spaced, providing plenty of room for parking. All electrical, water, and sewer utilities work without issue. The park is very expensive compared to other resorts in the area and the coin-free laundry facility is inconvenient for short-stay guests. The park is very quiet at night and the sites are flat with gravel and concrete patios. There is a shaded dog run and most of the spaces are occupied by RVs. High-speed internet can be installed on a by-the-month basis. The staff is friendly and helpful and the park is pet-friendly. The internet can be iffy and the laundry cards are expensive and confusing to use.
