What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located on the Colorado River, just north of Bullhead City, AZ and Laughlin, NV. It is a great place for families and people of all ages, with plenty of activities available such as jet skiing, boating, swimming, and fishing. It is also conveniently close to casinos, restaurants, and stores. The sites are full hookup and have a good water view, although some are blocked by vegetation. The park is kept clean and the price is very affordable. There are no hot showers in the main restroom, and the electrical boxes are open. The bathrooms and showers are in need of repair, and the hot water is a little scarce. The park is also known for high winds, which can cause plastic bags and paper trash to blow around. There is a park police truck, but no park police or ranger after 5 pm. The gates remain open all night, so on cold nights the Bullhead City homeless stop in after 5 for a shower. There is no internet or cable, but there are a few channels with an antenna. There is also a great place for dogs to run near the river and swim in a lagoon. The campground is great for an overnight stay, but the summer may be too hot and the traffic noise can be terrible.
