What others are saying
This RV park was the first experience with snowbird life for the visitors. The people were friendly and welcoming, the park was clean and pet-friendly, and the quiet hours were reasonable. There was wifi at the community and activity centers but reception for T-Mobile was poor and sites were narrow for larger trailers. The park was older and basic, and there was a hole in the site due to a water leak when they arrived. The heated pool, spa, pickleball, shuffleboard, paved streets, quilters, billiards, water aerobics, fitness center, library, cafe and church services were all offered. There were small town politics, a golf cart race and game activity, and the friendly staff helped visitors find their sites. Verizon aircard and cell reception were hard to use but there was free wifi in two buildings. The water was hard and lacked pressure, with purity levels above the EPA limit. The park was located in farm country, quiet and safe.

Sunscape RV Resort is an active 55+ adult park located approximately 50 miles south of Phoenix and 60 miles north of Tucson. The campground offers many amenities, activities, and entertainment opportunities, including Pickle Ball. Mexico is approximately 90 minutes south. The campground has a fabulous winter climate and keeps visitors informed of happenings throughout the year.
