The park is close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. This RV park has many options for activities and social events and is mostly populated by retirees. There is a restaurant with live music, as well as a pool, laundry room, and meeting and game areas. The park is well maintained and the daily rate includes electricity charges. Mail slots are provided, but cash or cheque must be used. There are many permanent park models present and the local airport passes overhead. There is a heated pool and indoor jacuzzi, as well as a library. This park is very popular with snowbirds.

The resort organizes scavenger hunts, live music, food trucks, holiday potlucks, bingo, water aerobics, water volleyball, poker night, community breakfast, and organized off-site hiking, biking, golf, dinner shows, and casino trips. Casa Grande offers excellent golf courses, historic downtown with over 40 buildings in national and local historic registers, hiking, biking, farm and dairy tours, live concerts, car shows, and walking tours of historic sites.
