Amenities include a pool, hot tub, lawn games, a small store to purchase forgotten items, and free DVD rentals. The clubhouse is currently closed, but the resort offers a variety of cabins to rent in addition to RV sites. Wildlife such as skunks, toads, and cicadas make their home in the park, and a spring-fed pond and Oak Creek river adds to the beauty of the park. Cell service and Wi-Fi is hit or miss, so its not recommended for people who require constant connectivity.

Lo Lo Mai Springs is a highly rated campground located in Cornville, Arizona. The campground offers a variety of accommodations including cabins, RV sites, and tent sites. The cabins range from small log camping cabins to large family cabins and include air conditioning, heaters, and basic kitchen supplies. The tent sites are set along a ¾ mile stretch of Oak Creek and offer a unique combination of natural beauty, outstanding amenities, and access to popular tourist attractions. The RV sites are shaded and many are located near the creek beneath the branches of ancient cottonwoods and soaring sycamores. The campground has been voted in the top 100 of North America's favorite campgrounds by Woodalls.
