The people are friendly and helpful, and the manager provided brochures on local attractions. The laundry has 3 washers and dryers with adequate folding tables. The park is close to shopping and a short drive to Jerome or Sedona. The Wi-Fi connection is sometimes fast and robust, and sometimes slow and unreliable. Dogs are not allowed on the few patches of grass in the park. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and the park may be put into a historic listing. The park is adequate for a short stay to tour the area, but not very appealing in appearance.
