The staff was very friendly and helpful. Orchard Ranch RV Park is a 55+ active adult community located in Prescott Valley, Arizona, offering a mix of pre-fab park models and RV spaces. The park is known for its spacious sites, friendly staff, and great location near some of the areas most popular attractions, such as Prescott, Sedona, and Jerome. Each site includes full hookups, a picnic table and patio area, and a two-sided fence for privacy. The park also features a large laundry room, a beautiful pool area, a putting green, and two pickleball courts. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the park is kept clean and well-maintained. The only downside is that the cable TV connection at some sites may not work, but the park does offer 12 channels of cable TV. Orchard Ranch is a great place to stay for exploring the area, and is an ideal option for those looking to relocate to a 55+ community.
