The park is very clean and well maintained with a pool, spa, exercise room, pickle ball courts, horseshoes, etc. There is a designated pet area, but it is not enforced. The park offers full hook-up, tarmac roads, level gravel sites with concrete patios, a clubhouse for a variety of resident coordinated activities, a fitness centre, heated pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, horseshoes and citrus trees with fruit for free. It is a great base for traveling to nearby Tucson, Casa Grande and Phoenix, offering good value for the money. This RV campground is very reasonably priced and offers a variety of amenities, such as a heated pool, spa, and exercise room. It also has a clubhouse for resident activities, tarmac roads, level gravel sites with concrete patios, and citrus trees with free fruit. It is conveniently located near I-10 and close to Tucson, Casa Grande, and Phoenix. The park is clean and well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. The park is not ideal for light sleepers as there is noise from the highway and train horns. The sewer hookups are located at the back of the site and extra long hoses may be needed.
