No hookups, but potable water spigots at each restroom. Sites are generous and well spaced, with mature pine trees providing shade. Fire pits and picnic tables at each site. Flush toilets and sinks in clean restrooms. Camp hosts are friendly and helpful. No cell service (ATT or Verizon) but you can get a signal if you walk to the campground entrance. Quiet and peaceful, great for a weekend getaway or a longer stay.

From The Campground

Bonito Campground is located in Coconino National Forest near Sunset Crater/Wupatki National Monument. The campsites are located in a stand of ponderosa pines struggling to establish a foothold in this hostile environment. All roads and spurs are paved. The campground offers 44 single unit sites with tables, fire rings and cooking grills, paved roads and spurs, campfire program auditorium, drinking water, toilets (flush type), One Accessible Campsite, Barrier Free Toilets, Two Educational sites. Tents, motor homes and trailers under 42' are permitted. No utility hookups. Pets must always be restrained or on a leash. No horses allowed in the campground. Only 'street-legal' motorbikes/atvs may be used for entering or leaving campsite. 14 day stay limit.
