What others are saying
This campground is conveniently located in the heart of Flagstaff, Arizona, offering easy access to the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Sedona, and more. It is situated in a beautiful ponderosa pine forest, with hilly terrain and asphalt roads. The campsites are narrow, but offer plenty of room for RVs and trailers, with picnic tables and dirt, gravel, and pine needles. There is no sewer or dump station, no showers or bathrooms, and no cable TV, but there is Wi-Fi available for a fee. The park is pet-friendly, with dog walking available for a fee. There are plenty of tall pines for shade and the elevation of 6900 provides a cool climate. Nearby businesses are available for vehicle and RV repairs, and the park is close to grocery stores, gas stations, and other shopping. The park is also close to many hiking and mountain biking trails, and the manager is a great source of information about the local area. Unfortunately, there is no laundry facility and you are not allowed to do laundry in your RV. The park is also known for its strict rules and unfriendly staff. Despite these drawbacks, the park is still a great place to stay for those looking to explore the Flagstaff area.
