It is located in the desert of Florence, Arizona, and surrounded by beautiful views of the Sonoran Desert. The campground is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The sites are spacious and level, with gravel surfaces and 30 amp electric service. There is a pool and spa, a clubhouse, and a small store for basic supplies. There is also a dog park, and the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. The park is quiet at night and the stars are amazing. The sunsets are beautiful and the coyotes can be heard howling in the distance. WiFi is available but can be unreliable at times. The park is a bit out of the way, but it is worth the drive for the peace and quiet.

Rancho Sonora Inn & RV Park is a unique hidden treasure located midway between Phoenix and Tucson on scenic Pinal Pioneer Parkway (Highway 79). Originally built in the 1930s, the adobe inn offers a retreat of peace and serenity with an unaffected Southwest ambiance combined with an eclectic mix of furnishings, fine bedding, and modern amenities. The RV park is a refuge of natural desert with towering saguaro cactus, enhanced native vegetation, trees, birds, wildlife, and clean air. The location is ideal for exploration in either direction. The inn offers clean rooms and cozy casitas, while the RV park has 85 full-service sites.
