Canyon Vistas is a Cal-Am park model resort located in Phoenix, Arizona, at the foot of Superstition Mountain. The resort offers a heated swimming pool, putting course, 4 dog parks, multiple clubs and activities, and a restaurant on site that delivers to your RV. There is an early-bird special for two months (Nov and Dec) that allows you to use your Passport America discount along with part of your stay at the regular price. However, the park requires a 45 foot 2006 Beaver Marquis to be inspected and photos of all four sides of the coach to be sent in order to book. Unfortunately, the park has been trying to make it a park model community, and RVers may soon be squeezed out. Despite this, the facilities are very nice, and the staff is friendly.

Canyon Vistas RV Resort is a 55+ active-adult community located in Gold Canyon, AZ. The resort offers park model homes for sale and multiple plans are available for quick move-in at affordable prices. The resort is blessed with a bevy of sports facilities including softball, pickleball, bocce ball, and shuffleboard.
