Cotton Lane RV Resort is a mixed-use park that has both pull-through and back-in RV campsites. The majority of the sites are for long-term campers, but there are also short-term campsites available for those just passing through. The roads and amenities are well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The park offers many amenities including a pool, hot tub, and pickleball court. While the pull-through sites may be close together, they work well for short-term stays. Guests have reported that all the services work perfectly fine, and all the features and amenities are nicely appointed. The park has many year-round residents, but everything is kept neat and tidy. The dog run is quite small but it is in excellent condition. Being close to the grocery store, the park is easily accessible, and it is also near the I-10 so its easy to get around the area. There is some freeway noise, as well as nearby military activity, but this has not been a significant problem for most guests. The only issue that guests have reported is that the park may occasionally turn off the water without prior notice, but this has only happened in the past when there were unexpected water issues that needed to be addressed.

Cotton Lane Resort is an adult 55+ resort community located in Goodyear, AZ. It is the closest deluxe RV resort to Phoenix International Raceway and the Goodyear Cactus League Park. The resort offers affordable daily, weekly, monthly, and annual rates. It has a spacious clubhouse, pet-friendly areas, scheduled activities programs, and an indoor heated pool/spa area.
