It offers a wide variety of activities such as pickleball, shuffleboard, hiking, golf groups, yoga, stretching, cards, crafts, puzzles, billards and more. There is a security guard at the entrance and the sites are close together with views into the windows of park model neighbors with shades drawn. The monthly rate includes utilities such as cable TV, electricity, sewer, and water. It is also close to Safeway, Walmart, Ace Hardware, shopping, churches, golf courses, a movie theater, fast food restaurants, banks, gas stations, and urgent care. There is a great Mexican place (El Patio) walking distance from the campground. While it is a great facility with a lot of amenities, it may not be the best choice for those looking for a more luxurious camping experience.

Green Valley RV Resort is a 55+ gated access RV resort community located in Green Valley, Arizona. The resort offers annual residents to pay for their own electric service. Pre-payment for the entire stay is required upon check-in and no refunds are given for shortened stays. The resort has an arrangement with the Desert Diamond Casino Sahuarita to accommodate late arrivals. The resort offers amenities such as RV staging spots, guard escort to your lot, and access to common resident areas. The resort also offers activities such as boondocking, and queen's wave.
