The View Campground is located in Monument Valley on Navajo Tribal land. The campground area consists of RV sites and hike-in tent sites from the parking area. The sites have a stunning view of the Mittens and a great sunrise/set. All sites have picnic tables, fire pits, and access to showers and potable water. Visitors can take advantage of different tours like jeep and horseback riding, and booths selling jewelry and other Native American craft items. The campground is closed for 2021, but the rates are very reasonable and there is a very friendly staff. It is a great place to experience the area, take in the views, and learn about the local history.

The View Campground is a sacred place for the Diné people, offering a unique way to experience Monument Valley.
