What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located on Route 66 in the 1950s and is mostly comprised of permanent trailers in an unkempt state with trash scattered throughout. The sites are close together, making it difficult to fit larger RVs, and there are vehicles parked all over the place. Despite the run down appearance, the park is quiet and friendly. The price for the stay is high, especially considering there is no cable or Wi-Fi. The view of the Colorado River and Lake Havasu is beautiful, and there is good hiking nearby. There is an OK cafe on site, but the service is slow and it is expensive. There is a 10% discount for Good Sam/AAA members, but the adjacent state park (Cattail Cove) would have been a better option. The Marina is adequate, but only has double boat slips.
