RV section is separated and in the back, it was decent and quiet. The park was clean and well maintained and the sites were of ample size with plenty of room to move around the trailer. Back area was all gravel, but the sites were level and the hookups were easy to access. The park is gated and the manager was very friendly and helpful. This is an older RV park right off I-10, but it was clean and well maintained. The sites are not pull-throughs and are very tight but the price is right. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is an older park with tight spaces, limited amenities, and few social interactions. The park offers gravel sites, long-term storage, swimming pool, hot tub, WiFi, and laundry. There are convenience stores and restaurants in the area and it is conveniently located off the I-10 Freeway. The staff is friendly and helpful and the park is clean and well maintained.

From The Campground
Valley of the Sun Mobile Home & RV Park is a 55+ community located in Marana, just outside of Tucson, Arizona. The park offers 70 RV spaces and 50 permanent mobile home sites. Renovations and updates are constantly being done to the park, and the area around the clubhouse and pool. The large Recreation room has been updated and overhauled as well. There is a Laundromat and poker/pool table room for the guests use. The park offers a variety of activities for its residents to enjoy and is located conveniently outside of downtown Tucson in a quiet, rural, and growing area. There are lots of tourist attractions nearby, in addition to golf courses, casinos, restaurants and more.
