Our area boasts a rich history, with land purchased in 1960 eventually becoming part of the Lake Mead National Recreation Area. Today, Meadview is home to around 900 residences and welcomes visitors from all corners of the globe. People come to experience the beauty of Lake Mead, the proximity to the Grand Canyon, the marvel of the Hoover Dam, and the intrigue of the lesser known Joshua Tree Forest. Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the U.S., is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering boating, hiking, camping, and fishing across 1.5 million acres of mountains and canyons.
