Green Acres is a small, clean, quiet, no-frills RV campground located in Mesa, Arizona. It is mostly populated by full-timers and is located close to Safeway and the light rail system that goes right into downtown Phoenix. The campground is spotless with many nice touches that make it feel like home, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The interior roads are navigable, but can be a bit tight even for a 35 motorhome. Most spaces require backing in and require disconnecting the tow vehicle. The spots are small but adequate, and there are laundry facilities and a pool with a misting system over a covered seating area. The bathrooms are house-like and extremely clean, but do not have AC.
