Mesa Regal RV Resort is a beautiful campground located in the Tonto National Forest and near local county parks. It is a great place to enjoy Spring Training of the Cubs & NASCAR and take a walk/hike through the saguaro cactus to look at birds and animals. The common areas are excellent and the patio restaurant is a great choice for a casual lunch or a happy hour drink. The Wi-Fi is a bit of a sore point, as hot spots do not include where the campers are located, so they must take their laptops to the computer lab to connect. It is also across the street from Superstition Ranch Market, which sells fresh fruits and vegetables at very reasonable prices. The sites have plenty of room with good concrete patios, but they are designed to hold a mobile home so leaving your tow vehicle hooked up for an overnight stay is not possible. The resort offers a great hot tub and swimming pools, as well as computer lab, billiards, crafts, library, post office, and theaters. Rates are high, but a Passport America card can be used for a half-price rate.

The resort offers a wide range of amenities and activities including 4 outdoor pools, 2 spas, 8 bocce ball courts, 7 pickleball courts, 6 lighted tennis courts, 24 shuffleboard courts, fitness center, pitch & putt, pet-friendly, ladder golf, softball, woodcarving room, silversmithing, card room, poker, themed events, pottery/ceramics, darts, computer lab & classes, line dancing & lessons, dance classes, educational & fitness classes, water aerobics, jam sessions, hiking, lapidary, stained glass, scrapbooking, quilting & sewing room, massage therapy, 9600 square-foot ballroom, arts & crafts room, vendor market day, travel agent, worship service (non-denominational), RV parking, and laundry facilities.
