This is a 55+ RV and Mobile Home Park located in Arizona, perfect for snowbirds and Canadians during the cooler months. With its narrow streets and awkwardly placed palm trees, it can be a bit tricky to back a rig in. The resort offers a wide range of activities and amenities, including woodworking, stained glass, sewing, lapidary, billiards, card games, pools, hot tubs, a bar and grill, and live music every afternoon. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the resort is well maintained. The sites are tight and difficult to get into, and you will be charged for electric, trash, and water on top of the monthly rate. Wi-Fi is not available and the computer lab requires an extra fee. There are designated dog-friendly areas, but you must carry a squirt bottle of bleach to wash the street if your dog pees. The park is located in an area with lots of restaurants and stores, and the nightly rate is based on $526.46 for the month.
