Twin Palms Campground is a small, private RV park located off Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. It is conveniently located across the street from Camping World and within walking distance of a light rail station, grocery store, and canal walking path. The park has 16 slots and is suitable for RVs up to 34 feet in length. The campground is well maintained and clean, and the grounds keepers are on site daily to keep the area neat. The camp hosts, Steve and Pam, are friendly and knowledgeable, and will help guests with any questions or problems. The park offers single use bathrooms, a laundry room, and wifi. Unfortunately, the park can be quite noisy due to the nearby street traffic and the motorcycle shop next door. The nightly rate is $39 and no discounts are offered.

Twin Palms RV Park is a unique 15 space park located in Mesa, Arizona. It is close to shopping centers, hospitals, churches, restaurants, MLB Spring Training, hiking, golfing, museums, casinos, etc. Scottsdale is a short drive away, 20 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, 30 minute drive to mayo clinic. The park is located one block from Valley Metro Rail Station (Main & Gilbert). Each site is well groomed with pea-rock and a concrete patio. Most sites offer some type of shrubbery or young trees. Hookups include 30 and 50 amp service, sewer and water. Free WI-FI is available. Clean restrooms with showers are provided. COX HD cable TV with 100 plus channels included with a $100 cash refundable deposit for a cable box. Pets (limit of 2) are ok with approval plus $2 per day fee (outdoor pet enclosures prohibited). We ask that RV's be newer than 10 years old. Pop-up campers, tiny homes, converted school buses, or home made RVs can not be accommodated.
