The park offers a Grand Ballroom, famous world renowned celebrities and entertainers, Cal-Am Concert series, themed events, largest country store in the valley, Saturday night dances, square, round, and line dancing, Tuesday night big money bingo, well-equipped PC and Mac computer lab with the latest software, and much more. The roads are like city streets, so walking and riding bikes can be dangerous. There are multiple hot spots around the park and a strong signal and good speed at many places. The park offers level sites with rocks, several pet areas, a library and puzzle room, pool, sewing and quilting, ceramics, and more. You can buy a park model and pay $600 a month for lot rent.
