The sites are all gravel and level with full hookups. The park is well maintained and the owners, Ed and Amy, are very friendly and accommodating. The park offers a monthly calendar of activities such as weekly pot lucks, line dancing lessons, and an ice cream social. The pot lucks are especially enjoyable, with inexpensive food from local restaurants, and karaoke to make conversation difficult but give everyone an opportunity to display their talents. WiFi generally works well, and Verizon Cell/data is strong with no obstructions to TV satellites. The park is gated and is a 55+ park, with most visitors staying 6 months from October through March. Mosquitoes can be an issue when the wind is not blowing. Dogs and cats are kept well by their owners and there is no barking at night. The small casino next door has reasonable priced food and is not loud. The park is clean and easy to maneuver, and the owner is diligent in maintaining and improving the park.
