What others are saying
Mormon Lake Lodge RV Park is a campground located on the north side of the road in Arizona. It offers great views and a warm feeling, with permanent wood patios built around the RVs for those staying for long periods of time. The Lodge also includes a gift store, restaurant, and Zane Grey museum. The campground is an official supporter of The Arizona Trail and packages can be accepted at the General Store from Prime, UPS or FedEx. However, the sites are red dirt and packed together, and the rigs are parked haphazardly so you could be right in your neighbors face. During the daytime, there is ATV noise – usually early in the morning and late afternoon as most folks head out into the forest for the day. The park also has horses, which can cause manure, smell, and flies, and lots of 4 wheelers (noise). The staff is friendly, but the only good thing about the campground is the bartender who is lovely, friendly and has a great personality.
