This campground is a great place to stay for a long-term stay or a short getaway. It is situated in a beautiful, rustic area surrounded by woods and offers cooler temperatures than the valley. It is meticulously maintained, with plenty of friendly staff to help out and a special deal for those staying for five months or more. The water connection is just below grade with insulation in a bag placed on top of the faucet, and the electric and water are close and easy to make connection to. The traffic noise from the highway is loud, but inside the RV it is not noticeable. There is a large fenced dog play area and a restaurant that is closed but will bring in fresh produce and bbq stuff. There is also a laundry facility with good washers and dryers. The WiFi is the best they have ever experienced. Lastly, there is an ice cream social every Saturday and the management supplies the main dishes.

Heber RV Resort is a great Summer destination located just 2 hours from Phoenix, between Payson and Show Low, just 1 mile north of Hwy 260 on Hwy 277. The resort has 71 50amp full hook-up sites and is large enough to handle the big rigs, including toy haulers. We are surrounded by the Sitegraves National Forest where visitors have access to the largest forest of Heber Pines in the world. Off-roading, hiking, fishing, kayaking and hunting; it’s all here for you. We have complimentary WiFi throughout the resort with the maximum broadband speeds available in the area and a special playground for your four legged family members. Our Clubhouse is BYOB for those weekend parties, poker games and pool playing. You can enjoy your favorite sporting events, soaps, or your favorite movies on our 220 channel HDTV with surround sound home theater system. Open year-round, we welcome hunters and snowbirds alike, traveling to and from the Phoenix area. We are located on the best route from the Midwest through Albuquerque, NM to the desert valley cities.
