GenieSummary

This campground is located along the Colorado River between Blythe and Lake Havasu City and offers a beautiful setting and plenty of activities. The noise from the jet boats and other vehicles on the river start at dawn, and cell service is unreliable. There is no TV or wifi, and the water and sewer smell can be unpleasant. The sites are long and wide, close to level, and have good hook-ups. The staff is friendly, and the golf course is a good challenge for short irons. The full activity schedule is a great value, but the answers to questions about wifi availability and 50 amp service are not always accurate. The manager is willing to negotiate a price to vacate early, but is unwilling to discuss further.

From The Campground

Castle Rock Shores is a riverfront campground offering over 200 RV campsites close to everything the Arizona desert has to offer. The campground has a protected marina on the Colorado River for launching river toys, and hundreds of miles of trails in the Buckskin Mountains for exploring desert toys. The campground offers extraordinary sunsets, abundant desert wildlife, and a relaxed atmosphere. Castle Rock Shores is a perfect winter getaway with easy access to off-road trails, golfing nearby at Emerald Canyon Golf Course, fishing in the Colorado River, and a very active senior community.
