Pirates Den RV Resort & Marina is a county campground located in Parker, AZ. The park is well-maintained considering its budget and low rates. Some grassy areas make it nicer than other campgrounds on the river, which are mostly dirt or gravel. The beach is great and there are drinking establishments at both ends of the campground. It can get very crowded on weekends, but not so much during the week. There is a lot of golf cart traffic back and forth. Most of the decent spots are occupied year-round by summer people or snowbirds. The campground has 50 amp service which is necessary in the summer. The rates are quite affordable and lots of kids show up in the summer. The park is located by the river in Parker, which is beautiful but busy.
