This RV park is located just south of Payson, Arizona and has a limited number of spots for Big Rigs. The staff is friendly and the facility is well maintained. The hookups are in great repair, the WiFi signal is good, and the cable reception is excellent. There are lots of amenities, including laundry, WiFi, clean bathrooms and showers, and nearby hikes and wildlife. Unfortunately, the water pressure is low, but there is an RO water vending machine in the clubhouse. There is dust when the wind blows, but there is lots of shade and the sites are level and clean. The manager is rarely in the office and not all rules are enforced. An extra fee is charged for electricity. The area is popular for off-road activities and the surroundings are rustic and wooded. Some sites are available for short-term guests.
