Royal Palm is a well-maintained age-qualified mobile home park located in a desert valley near I-17. The RV sites are sequestered from the rest of the park and are lined with tall palm trees and mailboxes. The sites are spacious but the turns are sharp and the backing in can be difficult. There are two showers and one toilet in the pool area, as well as a laundry facility with multiple machines. The park also has a gas BBQ grill and two picnic tables for RV guests. Unfortunately, the park is located near a busy 24 hr Quiktrip, a major intersection, and a train station, so the noise level is relatively high. Wi-Fi is available for a fee, and there is no toilet in the campground. Despite the noise, Royal Palm is a great place to stay and is worth 4 stars.
