The park is mainly populated with snowbirds staying for the winter and offers great mountain biking, road riding, and ATV riding right out of the back of the park. The dog and car wash facilities are helpful, and the restroom/showers are functional but on the older side. Be mindful of the timing when using the facilities as there is only one toilet, one sink, and one shower per gender. The park is a laid-back place with activities for snowbirds, and the community is friendly.

The Scenic Road RV Park is a conveniently located park in downtown Quartzsite, Arizona. The park has undergone recent extensive renovations and offers brand new water lines, hose bibs, and 20/30/50 amp electric pedestals. The park offers powerful Wi-Fi system throughout the park and newly graveled roads to keep the dust down. The park offers 65' long premium pull-thru sites designed with the overnighter in mind, but with so much to see and do in the area, you should really plan to stay longer. The park is a popular seasonal roost for snowbirds looking for a month or more of warmth and hospitality. When you're not exploring the area or shopping the shows, there's always something fun planned in the clubhouse.
