From The Campground
Schoolhouse Campground is located on central Arizona's largest lake, Roosevelt Lake, providing great water recreation opportunities to the public. The campground has 40 single and double campsites with shade ramadas, fire rings with grills, picnic tables, and potable water hydrants. Vault toilets are located throughout the camp loops. There is also an amphitheater. The adjacent boating site has a paved boat launch ramp with courtesy dock. Fishing, non-motorized and motorized boating, and shoreline hiking trails are available for campers to enjoy. The campground is open year-round and reservations can be made for odd numbered sites on Recreation.gov or by calling 877-444-6777 or TDD line: 877-833-6777. America the Beautiful Interagency Senior or Access Pass holders receive a 50% discount for single camp units only.
