It is located off of the I-10 east of Quartzsite, AZ, far enough away from the interstate for a nice quiet stay. The park is 90% seasonal or permanent, but there is a large area near the clubhouse that is available for transient use. The short term sites are close to the entrance and exit and make it easy to come and go. The sites are larger than most places and give plenty of room to enjoy the patio area. The park is kept in good condition with paved streets and gravel sites with a cement patio pad. There is a pool, spa, library, billiard and exercise room, and several classes on various subjects. Trails to BLM land adjoining the resort and a nice view from a short hike to overlook. There is a mail room, rec hall, fitness center, dog walk, putter golf, and more. There is a great restaurant across the street that has prime rib on Saturday. The staff is super helpful and friendly for any needs and work hard to accommodate any changes. The noise from the highway is minimal as the majority of the sites are far enough away & the park sits in a reduced speed zone.
