The majority of the RV sites, all but eight, are composed of thick layers of course crushed reddish lava rocks. Sites are big with concrete patios and adequate parking for a tow vehicle plus more if needed. This campground is a great choice for those looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. It is an active adult community, located in a beautiful area just 3 blocks from downtown Show Low. There are lots of activities such as cards, bocce ball, an all park pot luck, and entertainment. There is no pool, but the front office will give you coupons to use at the city Aquatic Center for free. The campground is also close to many restaurants and an RV store in Lakeside, AZ.

Venture In RV Resort is an age-qualified (55+) RV resort located in Arizona. The resort requires a mandatory two-night reservation for weekends and three nights for holidays. Single night midweek campsite reservations may be booked. The resort offers full refunds for cancellations up to two days prior to arrival for daily and weekly reservations. For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), full refunds are allowed for cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets per site. The resort offers free WiFi hotspot located in the recreation hall and site-side high-speed internet available for a fee. Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards. A $50 utility deposit is required for stays of 30 days or more.
