This RV Park is located in Sierra Vista, AZ and offers 50 campsites for $345 monthly plus electric. It has recently undergone a major renovation, with the old trailers being removed and replaced or renovated. The clubhouse and laundry have been renovated and landscaping and paving is underway. The views of the mountains are great and the location is convenient. Unfortunately, the advertised clubhouse is not available and the grass has not been cut, resulting in tall grass and weeds all around. The RV park is surrounded by a mobile home graveyard, creating a sort of creepy feel. The free wifi advertised does not work and the bathrooms do not have toilet paper. It is a cheap spot and you get what you pay for. On the plus side, the on-site managers are friendly and helpful and there is a new Rec center with lots of activities.
